We work exclusively with owners and leaders of companies in or transitioning to Stage 3, arguably the hardest phase in a business's lifecycle. This is the stage in which business owners find themselves overwhelmed with details and tasks they never anticipated. It's the stage when business owners are most susceptible to burnout and tend to wonder if owning a business is really worth the hassle.
Most of our clients were working with business coaches when they found us, but were not receiving the results they hoped for. Business coaching can be great, but only if your organization is equipped for it. Otherwise, you pay a lot of money to a coach, but don't have time or resources to implement their suggestions. Without the ability to implement, coaching becomes an expensive and frustrating waste of time.
Our approach is different. Instead of telling you what to do and expecting you to do it, we get in the trenches with you. We help you do the work. As a matter of integrity, we offer coaching only to companies who have the ability to implement.
Helping you improve your company's performance is only one of the things we strive for. We want you to enjoy being a business owner. We don't consider ourselves successful unless your business performance improves and you enjoy being a business owner.
